Dr. Stella Oh set out on her profession after working at dental specialty offices while studying biomedical engineering and mathematics. Those early, hands-on experiences opened her eyes to the possibilities for helping people who are in need of both routine and more complex dental treatments. Today, Dr. Oh provides a wide range of services, from general dentistry (including check ups, fillings and crowns) to advanced prosthodontic treatments such as full mouth rehabilitation and implant surgery. In a field with constantly evolving technology, Dr. Oh strives to make the most modern treatments available to her patients in a way that meets their particular needs and contributes to their comfort. Her goal is to provide conservative and highly effective treatments that result in beautiful, long-term results for her patients.
Dr. Oh maintains her clinical attending faculty appointment in Post-Doctoral Prosthodontics Department at New York University’s College of Dentistry. As one of a few dual trained prosthodontists, she enjoys and dedicates her time in teaching post-doctoral residents to perform implant surgery and prosthodontic procedures.
Education: Dr. Oh completed her B.A. in Mathematics and D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from New York University. She then graduated from a 3-year Post-Doctoral Prosthodontics Residency and later completed a 2-year Implant Dentistry surgical fellowship. Consistent with her natural desire to learn and pursue the highest level of dentistry while also contributing to the growth of her field, she is an active faculty member of New York University College of Dentistry.
